Hotchili Welcome

Hot Chili (ASX/TSXV: HCH, OTCQX: HHLKF) is well positioned to capitalize on the impending copper supply deficit – an inevitable outcome of the push to electrify everything and a depleted project pipeline globally. The Company controls large-scale assets in two of the most critical commodities of our time – copper and water – with two of the most desirable attributes – low-risk and near-term.

Hot Chili’s Costa Fuego Copper-Gold Project in low elevation Chile has quality, size, location and strategic advantages that can materially shorten development timelines.

Hot Chili released the Costa Fuego PFS in March 2025 demonstrating a 20 year project life, with annual copper equivalent production of 116kt/year for 14 years of primary production using conventional mining and processing. The Project delivers a clean concentrate with no deleterious elements. Hot Chili’s economic advantage includes using seawater for processing (resulting in slightly higher recoveries vs fresh water, while addressing fresh water scarcity in the region), proximity to existing towns (negating the need for a permanent camp and increasing social economic development opportunities), access via the Pan American Highway, access to existing electrical infrastructure that currently includes a high renewable component and an MoU with the existing Las Losas port.

Hot Chili also released a PFS for the Huasco Water water supply business in March 2025. The Huasco Valley, holds enormous potential with multiple copper-gold exploration and development projects, along with agricultural and industrial projects, all within an area of great water scarcity - the Atacama region of Chile. Huasco Water holds the only granted maritime concession, after a ten year permitting lead time, to extract and treat seawater within the Huasco Valley. The PFS delivered a strong eonomic proposition for the water supply business, with a staged network. Stage 1 delivers seawater to Costa Fuego, with Stages 2 and 3 expanding to include the supply of desalinated water further into the Huasco Valley.

Our Projects

Hot Chili's Costa Fuego Copper-Gold Project in low elevation Chile is one of few advanced copper- gold deposits not controlled by a major mining house. The Costa Fuego PFS delivered a 20 year project life, with an average of 116kt CuEq for the 14 years of primary production.

The La Verde Discovery, a large scale copper-gold porphyry, is Hot Chili's priority exploration target and only 30km from the Costa Fuego project.

Hot Chili's Huasco Water Project holds the only granted maritime concession within the Huasco Valley. The Company's water assets allow for the extraction and treatment of seawater, providing Costa Fuego with it's seawater requirements and potentially unlocking industrial opportunities for regional water supply.
